We have used the Evolution software to our complete satisfaction for now over 5 years now. The main reason we changed from our previous one was that Evolution provided us an easier way to consolidate our branch accounts. Previously we were using separate software for GL, accounts payable and cashbook.
Evolution has now simplified this for us and has made our accounting processes significantly more efficient. All accounting functions are now consolidated in the single Evolution software.
Being hosted on the cloud is another advantage for us. We are able to gain access from anywhere. Working from home in these Covid-19 times is one example. Evolution has multi user capabilities allowing users to gain access from our regional centres which we find very convenient.
The database backup service provides us with a sense of security for our data which is reassuring.
The ability to generate intelligence reports from the system is a huge advantage for obtaining our customized formatted reports.
