This campaign started out as a fun idea \u2014 a way to dress up our services with a bit of flair, align our teams, and stand out in a sea of sameness.
But as we rolled it out, something real came to light\u2026<\/p>\n
We\u2019ve been serving amazing clients for years \u2014 but we haven\u2019t always shown them everything we have to offer.<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
We get so focused on finding new clients, selling products, and keeping up with support that we sometimes forget to check in with the ones already sitting at our table.
And more importantly, we forget to ask:
\u201cDo they even know what\u2019s on the full menu?\u201d<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
We\u2019re More Than Just Burgers and Fries<\/b><\/p>\n
We\u2019ve had long-time accounting clients who didn\u2019t know we do payroll.
Payroll clients who didn\u2019t know we offer system training, software development, and even outsourced payroll services.<\/p>\n
Some don\u2019t realize we:<\/p>\n
Why? Because we never told them.
They came in, saw \u201caccounting\u201d or \u201cpayroll\u201d on the board, and ordered a burger<\/b>.<\/p>\n
But what if they\u2019d known we also had onion rings (payroll)<\/b>, a side salad (custom software development)<\/b>, and something sweet for dessert \u2014 like training and support packages<\/b>?<\/p>\n
You Can\u2019t Order What You Don\u2019t Know Is on the Menu<\/b><\/p>\n
The truth is, we can\u2019t expect clients to ask for services they don\u2019t know we offer.
And we can’t blame them for not \u201cusing us to our full potential\u201d if we haven\u2019t laid it all out in front of them.<\/p>\n
This campaign reminded us: So… What\u2019s on the Menu?<\/b><\/p>\n We\u2019ve put together a clear, polished, and ever-so-slightly cheeky version of our full offerings \u2014
