There are 80 staff members in the Thyme team and all our consultants are all highly qualified, have achieved all technical standards and qualifications as required and set by Sage.
All consultants have extensive in-depth knowledge on the range of Sage products that we sell and support. We ensure that the consultants receive continuous training so as to maintain world class standards of the business and our products.
Onsite support
Need help setting up your Sage software? Do you have a software issue that you may not have the time or knowledge of how to solve the problem? The thyme team is here to help and, we’ll come to you!
Our onsite experts are ready and waiting to deliver on either one or all of the above.
Call Center
No need to pay for call out fees our team will login remotely and solve your problem.
We operate a dedicated Call Centre from 08H00 to 17H00, Monday to Thursday and from 08H00 to 16H00, on Friday, for quick answers to urgent problems. After hour support available on request.
All consulting from the Thyme Team is billable, so please remember that Sage offers free telephonic support for clients that are subject to an Annual License Fee.
